ECi Acquires Bowen & Groves, DEveloper of M1 Software for Manufacturers

Fort Worth, TX — Friday, May 15, 2009: ECi Software Solutions, a leader in industry-specific information technology solutions, has entered the manufacturing software industry with the acquisition of software companies Bowen & Groves Pty Ltd. and Bowen & Groves Inc. Bowen & Groves (B&G) is the developer of the “M1 by B&G™” ERP management software used by small to medium-sized manufacturing businesses around the world. B&G is based in Mulgrave, Australia and also has sales and support facilities in the United States.
